Gotta be careful even when you're on land. I recently hurt my back playing disc golf, something Joe and I want to be doing a lot of when we're out of the surf. It's got me down a bit, but I'm hoping I get better soon for surf and for some good rounds of disc golf.
These guys can do head dips and walk to the nose like nobody's business!
